Metropolis Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Do you like to clean and listen to music while you do it? This is the job for you!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment within our hotel rooms, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for this position.
Our housekeepers enjoy flexible scheduling, work in teams or solo, and enjoy regular hours. Shift times are 10am-6pm every Saturday and Sunday with the option to work weekdays as well. Weekday shift times are 9-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsiblities & Duties:
- -Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- -Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all designated areas to eliminate dirt, debris, and allergens.
- -Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in rooms to the appropriate department.
- -Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- -Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- -Help clean Action City/Chaos dinning rooms and bathrooms as needed
